From Tokyo’s sprawling metropolis and her magnificent country clubs to the sun-kissed courses on tropical Okinawa and to the raw splendid beautiful layouts to be found on Hokkaido, Japan Golf Journey has plans for your special private tailormade golfing tour.
Together with our access to authentic Japanese gastronomy, unique cultural festivals and experiences plus a long list of spectacular courses, golf has seldom been more wonderful.

We usually arrange private golf tours for groups of around a dozen or so. Of course we can plan your private foursome or a large group of active players and casual observers.
Okinawa is only 3 hours south of Tokyo. Another world within another world. Basing our tour in Naha Okinawa, we have a selection of fine seaside courses to enjoy. The nearby Kerama Islands National Park is a wonderful and very easily accessible marine playground.

Kansai region, centred around Osaka is a wonderful option. Historical Kyoto is nearby along with gorgeous golf courses and fabulous cuisine to enjoy.

‘FOURSOMES’ or Fourball
Many golfers regularly play at least once a week in a group of four with their good friends. By putting two and two together we have a plan that has your home foursome play in Japan.
​
As with larger tour groups, we arrange your foursome to play these awesome golf courses and enjoy the great hotels, with your own private tour guide and luxury transport on a tailor-made Japan golf tour. We call it ‘Foursomes’ even if it is played as Fourball or Stroke-Play.
The golf rulebook says in the Foursomes format a team of two plays one ball. Fourball has both the players on a side play their own ball. Your group of four may also simply enjoy Stroke-Play. You can select from our 7-day, 11-day or 14-day programs or have us design a tour especially for you.
